NetOne Antitrust Statement

While participating in NetOne meetings, webinars, teleconferences, Community Forums or side discussions, you should avoid discussing competitively sensitive information with competitors and follow these guidelines:

Do not discuss any issues not on the written meeting agenda or added to the agenda by the Chair with the approval of legal counsel.
Do not discuss prices for services or products or anything else that may affect prices, such as credit terms or discounts.
Do not discuss what you or other entities plan to do in a particular geographic market or with particular customers or suppliers.
Do not discuss whether or not to do business with any actual or potential customer or supplier, except in the context of a legitimate group buying discussion with oversight by legal counsel.
Do not speak on behalf of NetOne or any of its committees unless you are specifically authorized to do so.
Do leave any formal or informal meeting or discussion where any anticompetitive or market allocation discussion occurs.
Do alert NetOne staff or legal counsel to any concerning discussions.
Do consult with NetOne’s legal counsel before raising any matter or making a statement that may involve competitively sensitive information.
Do consult with your own lawyer whenever you feel that is appropriate. NetOne’s legal counsel is concerned with NetOne, and how its interests are affected by its shareholders’ actions.

Adherence to these guidelines involves not only avoidance of antitrust violations, but avoidance of behavior which might be so construed. These guidelines only provide an overview of prohibited activities
